It's easy to say that we live in one of the most beautiful areas on the planet, urban with all the amenities including the Pacific ocean, suburban....living minutes away from rivers, streams, trails and mountains to hike or climb; not to mention "scootering" along the back roads lined with a wonderful array of fall colors intertwined with the monumental conifers in their perennial coat of green!!!
